"My Mom and I walked into the store to buy a Christmas gift for my husband. We knew the brand name of what we were looking for and what the items were, but had absolutely no idea where they were located in the store. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a sales clerk who asked if they could help us. I mentioned the brand we were looking for and he took us directly to that section, stayed to help us find all the items we needed and took them all to the front desk where the items were quickly rung up and we were finished. The whole shopping experience was pleasant and quick."
